The following shipping costs apply within Germany when ordering through our online shop:

Information on Delivery Time Calculation:The delivery period starts, for advance payment, on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, for other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends at the close of the last day of the delivery period. If the last day falls on a Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day will be considered.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery period applies to the entire shipment.

Standard Shipping:

Within Germany, we ship via DHL and DPD. You can find all information about DPD Predict here. Ab einem Bestellwert von 119,99 Euro erfolgt die Lieferung versandkostenfrei. Eine Lieferung an deutsche Inseln ist möglich.

Shipping Restrictions:

Liquids can only be shipped within Germany and Austria. Due to an increased risk of breakage over longer distances, international shipping is not available.

Batteries are classified as hazardous goods and can only be shipped within Germany.

Freight shipping: Items weighing more than 31.5 kg or exceeding 120 × 60 × 60 cm in package size will be delivered via freight carrier (Dachser) only within Germany. Please note that a telephone number is required for delivery scheduling.
