Help with PR Numbers
To ensure a clear identification of the braking system in the vehicle, VW, Audi, Seat, and Skoda have assigned PR numbers to their brake parts. These numbers are required for accurate allocation and can be found on a "Customer Service Data Carrier." You can locate this "Customer Service Data Carrier" (KD data carrier) in the trunk and/or service booklet, and it may look like the following:

The PR numbers are always THREE DIGITS and are called, for example, "1KK" or "1LQ" (here: 1KD and 1ZF).

The third digit of the PR number is assigned different letters, determining the exact technical specification. The letters are used as follows:

- 1L(A to Z), ranging from 1LA, 1LB, 1LC to 1LZ
- 1Z(A to T), ranging from 1ZA to 1ZT
- 1K(A to Z), ranging from 1KA to 1KZ
- 2E(A to M), ranging from 2EA to 2EM

If you encounter difficulties in determining the correct allocation, please feel free to contact our customer service. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you.

Please have your vehicle registration document with the key number (HSN/TSN) and chassis number ready.
