You want to return an item?

To return an item quickly and smoothly, please consider the following points. After the return and inspection of the item by our returns department, the refund will be processed through the same method you used for payment. This process usually takes 1–2 business days. Please note that a bank transaction may take additional days.

	Print the return form! This form was sent to you with the invoice email. Please complete it with the required information.
	Prepare the return shipment Please include the return form in the package and pack the return carefully, as you are responsible for any damage incurred during transit.
